The cowardly generals in their Pentagon offices should be fighting to save the U.S. military from these domestic enemies. All Hagel is asking for is to “transfer” troop money to research money.
Obviously, The Secretary of Wussy War Hagel cannot comment on the exact amount that is requested to be expended at this time because the expenditure of hard-earned taxpayer dollars is still ongoing.
The main enemy of the moment has nothing to fall back on once the industrial world loses its dependency on fossil fuel. Making that happen sooner is an obvious strategic interest.

There is and always has been only one enlisted person present or past that he is a friend of and that is him. He could care less about any service member current or past if they don’t help further his image and career.
