If there really was “global warming” I’d be able to grow avocados in Ohio. I have a hard enough time getting seeds to germinate before May.
I'm on the Texas Gulf Coast and even though it was cold this winter I covered the trees with a couple of quilts and some plastic over that and plugged in a couple of drop lights to keep them warm.
We actually had winter this year and I am sooooo ready for it to be over. Can't imagine what it has been like for you folks up north!
