Can a state AG file criminal charges against Lerner on behalf of the citizens of their state? I don't see her going to jail or squealing on anybody without making it a criminal case. We know the feds won't do it.

I’m guessing no because she was a Federal employee. The thing that ticks me off is you see Issa huffing out of the hearing but he’s not holding her in contempt. So why bother? She’s not going to say anything without immunity and I am sure she’s afraid she’ll commit Arkancide if she talks. Just give her immunity already.
