Putin’s now claiming he’s the champion of Jews, like Assad’s the champion of Christians. It’s situational nonsense.
Putin would like us to believe there are no Neo-Nazis in his own entourage. The thing that separates Nazis from Communists is hyper nationalism. If the nationalism is Russian, good. If the nationalism is Polish, bad. The thing is, Putin, being a strong and forceful leader, is gaining support internationally. He is seen as someone who actually does things rather than just talking about them.
