If you have had the non-stick pan very long, and have used it with any regularity, you need to spray that puppy!!
I don’t trust any “non-stick” bakeware. If it were truly “non-stick,” it would be that way for the life of the item. So once something sticks to a “non-stick” item, I grease it every time I use it.
