From the story, it appears to be a girl. What was she doing in the boys’ restroom in the first place? Playing charades, no doubt. She's apparently a guy when it's all fun and games, but reverts back to a girl when there are any sexual assault charges to be made.

In CA they passed a Law saying a confused Transgender can use whichever School Bathroom they like.
