It seems to me that the moment any CT LEOs start participating in gun confiscation they will have painted a target on the back of every LEO in the state.

Yeah, given how not-quite-absurd the brochure I made below is… I think it's only a matter of time before they [LEOs] put their egos on the line.
— it's also likely that there's at least some who'll just follow orders.
