What difference, at this point, does it make?
Benghazi should have made every “US ally” in the world very nervous. And now the Ukraine should be causing increased pucker factor all along the Warsaw Pact. If Russia can waltz into one nation, what is Bulgaria’s security? Czech’s? etc.
