Even the pollen from those seeds, which can spread for miles, is enough for Monsanto to come after you.

I’d love to see some farmer counter-sue them for tresspassing.

I’m gonna shill for Monsanto here. They don’t sue due to drifting pollen. Only farmers who demonstrably violate their signed contract and deliberately violate the patent by saving seed.

Monsanto is not the only company with seed or plant patents, nor the only one to go after farmers who violate their seed contracts.

Stop with the anti business, anti science internet meme mongering.
