What if you are in the left lane, driving the speed limit, and some jerk comes along doing 10-15 MPH over the speed limit. Do you still have to pull over?

Except for here is Pennsylvania. Here, ANY lane is for passing, even if that lane is on the right. :-)

Trucks usually drive in the right lanes. As a result, the right lane is usually bumpy and filled with potholes.

If I'm driving the speed limit in the left lane, and you want to drive 15 MPH over the speed limit, you are welcome to drive around me.
