Cutting across lanes or committing other infractions— reckless.

But what about obeying the law, absent infractions? Is that reckless?

Seriously, I’m curious about what people seem to be thinking.

If you are blocking the passing lane, you are not obeying the law.

If you are in the fast lane moving slower than the flow of traffic, even if you are at the speed limit, you are creating an unsafe condition. And being a passive-aggressive Barney Fife-wannabe is not really where you want to be, is it?
