In fact: The birth rate per thousand people in both Jamaica and Mexico far exceeds the birthrate in the United States; the death rate in these countries is not only lower than in the United States, but significantly lower than the birth rate; and the life expectancy at birth in Jamaica and Mexico is only slightly lower than in the United States. In short, the populations of these countries are not "going extinct," but growing larger.
