Walker has shown he can draw the votes of disaffected Democrats as well as Republicans and Conservatives. And he has a solid track record. Perhaps he will be the GOP's pick as "most electable" (?)

Discipline and excessive greed are the underlying dynamics behind the Conservatism Vs. Liberalism debate. Discipline forces people to prioritize, live within their means, and strive towards recovery. A culture of excessive greed mobilizes a crowd saying “I want, I want” and elects people in office who will cater to those wants. And from there, that is where you get chaos and disorder in every area imaginable. Liberal interest groups seek returns on their “investments.” Their primary concern is making sure liberals are elected, not fixing problems and placing a state back on the road to recovery.

Look at the contrast between Pat Quinn (D-IL) and Rick Perry (R-TX). Case proven!

Governor Walker is very impressive. My only concern about him is his position on amnesty for illegals. If he modifies that position and states that there will be no path for citizenship to illegals, I think we could have a winning candidate.
