Then I guess the states do not have to enforce the ObamaCare law either, right?

I guess states don’t have to abide by any executive order by the lawless Obama, right. See, others can play lawless too.

Yep. And the reality is, that may be the only way to stop them in the end. Sitting around yelping about the "imperial presidency" and "lawlessness" isn't working. Throw the left's tactics right back in their faces until this stops.

Except executive orders ARE NOT LAW.

Article I, Section 1 of the Constitution says:

“All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.”

What we often overlook is that little three letter word at the beginning. “All” does not mean “most” or “some”.

I do grant that we HAVE drifted from this Constitutional principle, but we need to get BACK to it! We also need to get back to federalism.

Then I guess the states do not have to enforce the ObamaCare law either, right? It is apparent that Holder has formally endorsed the reality on the ground, namely that we are now living in a lawless state. From this point on, every GOP gevernor should say, "Following the example of the President and endorsement of the Attorney General, from this point on we will no longer enforce gun restrictions we believe violate the Second Amendment, ..." or fill in the blank. You sow the wind, and reap the whirlwind. This should relieve the Nervous Nellies on our side who caterwaul nonsense about "following the law." There is no law as of this date, so "breaking" the law is a matter of utilitarian consideration, i.e. "Can I get away with it?"

TX AG Greg Abbott has fought against 0Care, repeatedly. I guess he, as AG, can decide to just completely ignore any and all 0Care laws for TX. Good. Two can play that game.
