Yup and I'd even bring it right down to the district level. A little town like mine hasn't been able to support a school for years but there are ways to cut costs like local volunteers.

Liberals LOVE diversity except when it is applied to State Governments, then they absolutely LOATHE it... That and Diversity of Opinion they hate that too.
