Probably a paid troll. The Dems are laying a trap. Their latest line is “we just want a conversation” on obamacare.
I heard a Dem caller spouting those talking points on Hannity today. Basically he said “If you don’t agree to help the Dems fix kenyancare on their terms you are a hater/racist/whatever and you should shut up”.
Their plan is to blame the kenyancare mess on the GOP for not wanting to “help fix” democratcare. Disgusting.
Heard the same thing in a caller to Sean Hannity today, obviously an organized (failed) effort if that’s what you’re saying.
“Their plan is to blame the kenyancare mess on the GOP for not wanting to help fix democratcare. Disgusting.”
It’s a political strategy. A bad one at that, but it’s a strategy none the less.
They’re learning class warfare is tired, old drivel from the 1960s and it’s not working this time. Their polling data show that. They started off the year in full force spewing the economic justice or whatever-the-hell that stupid class warfare message was (income equality! That’s it!). That rhetoric has kind of died down if you haven’t noticed :-).
They desperately need some new drivel to divert from Obamacare failures seeing that the “War on Women” is not working like it used to (it works in some areas, but isn’t the national message it used to be ... it only works in those swing districts that are trending blue anyway).
They’re on full defense. Expect a lot of nonsense like this in the coming months. They’re throwing the equivalent of Hail Mary passes while playing defense. That makes no sense of course, but neither does your average Democrat.
This new message pinning blame on the GOP is not going to work.
Quite frankly, if my job were to try and start a new political dialog about Obamacare and I worked for these fools, what was described would be the gist of the pathetic argument. I’d NEVER sink to that level of filth though and I would be 100% cognizant that the idea is bad at best :-). Still, they are that bankrupt in the idea department. I’d expect all sorts of new nonsense that won’t stick over the next few months.
I’d normally be excited, but the GOP elite is still the opposition to this nonsense Democratic Party. I wish the GOP would capitalize on this frigging amazing opportunity by offering up some badly needed Conservative solutions to many of our nations problems, but they’re more concerned about simply taking over spending our way into oblivion via control of Senate committees and blaming the increased spending on Obama (much like they did to us from 2007 to 2009). They can’t afford to have a bunch of Tea Party ignoramuses trying to do senseless things like cut spending when the elites have pet projects of their own ... (please note I am being sarcastic in that last sentence :-) ).
Sorry for my rambling.
