If American Muslims want their own courts, they should immigrate to Islamic countries where there are Islamic courts ... but if they wish to remain in this country and be Americans, they are subject to the same laws and avail themselves of the same imperfect systems of courts and justice as the rest of America.
As much as I know Muslims had nothing to do with the founding of the USA. I think that in the days Jefferson the USA even sent an ‘envoy’ by warship to Tripoli to tell Muslims to leave the USA alone. It appears to me that people like Farrakhan are like the camel with it’s nose under the tent. Of course now there are thousands refugees and money money hawkers.
