As a resident of Wichita County I’ve seen this in the news lately.
Electra is a very small town, 2,700 or so, and has, at the moment, 1 police officer. The Police Chief was fired in January. The town is now patrolled by the Wichita County Sheriffs Patrol.
I believe the officers in the video are now working for neighboring counties.
This is a problem in Texas, nobody checks and roid riding gym rats get hired down the street.
