NJ needs to move away from the bad influences of NYC and Philadelphia.
It is actually pretty easy to get a License to Carry Firearms in Philly as long as you've kept your nose clean and paid your parking tickets. 32 years with PA licenses, 6 of them Philly. Surprisingly, according to that NJ punk, no competitive parkers have been harmed. Never had to draw from a holster or a pocket and the weapons never drew themselves. Hate going to Jersey. I feel naked.
Philadelphia is in Pennsylvania, which is a shall issue state. Pennsylvania has strong preemption laws. That means Philadelphia can not create their own gun laws.
a concealed carry permit in Pennsylvania is $19.95, is good for five years, and if you have no criminal record, the county sheriff has to issue you one.
Open carry is completely legal. There are no regulations against modern sporting rifles or magazine capacity.
