Be fair, The string of towns around Palm Springs (all one big town on Hwy 111, basically) would look like the rest of the arid landscape if it wasn’t for a lot of sprinklers.
I have a friend that has his second home on La Quinta, {in his words, an economy model at $4 Million} and he told me his Home Owners Association fee is several thousand a month {that includes snow removal, heheheheh}.
