I agree - my vote is for Tuttle.It might not be Tuttle for the simple reason that too many people think it is Tuttle. I think the writer is too clever to make it that obvious.

After this past Sunday’s episode - I’m more inclined to think Tuttle’s involved, but its a much larger conspiracy involving a lot of influential people.
