Needless to say, Colorado is going tax-happy over marijuana sales. I think it is something like 35% now and the pot heads are not happy. Another issue seems to be where and if marijuana can be smoked while tobacco cannot?

From what I’ve read,another issue for CO and WA is where the marijuana stores can stash their cash. Most stores are cash only and banks cannot legally take the cash.
