The Atlantic: We may run out of winter for the Winter Olympics (Will Sochi be the last one?)

We do all realize that Sochi is a beach resort town and, since it on the Black Sea, probably about the warmest city in mother Russia. If I tried to run the winter Olympics at Big Bear ski resort I might get some crappy snow conditions too.

So, The Atlantic says that global warming is the cause for the warming at Sochi....Never mind the palm trees that grow there in their “subtropic climate”...Those must’ve just popped up...Uh-huh.....

Next, the OIC is going to select Montego Bay, Jamaica for the 2018 Winter Olympics.....

It’s 44 in northeast Florida this afternoon.

Well some may say picking a subtropical beach resort for the Winter Olympics was a epically stupid idea, but the fat cats on the IOC are very grateful for Putin’s wonderful, uh, er, ... generosity. And I must say I haven’t seen palm trees at a Winter Olympics venue before. Hey, what about Los Angeles?

The winter “Olympics” are doomed! Doomed I tell ya!!! After Sochi, I think they could easily be replaced with a “Gay Pride” parade and people would still watch. At least until “the next big thing” comes along. The world is having a love affair with sexual deviants right now.

Sochi is not the ideal place for the winter Olympics. It is fairly warm.

But, I envison it much like Santiago, Chile.

70 degrees in the city. 45 minutes away and 9,500 feet up 30-50all day and snow like glass as ride and like feathers when you fall.

Might be an agenda in this story.

Sochi is like that.

The city sits at sea and the actual skiing is 30 minutes untie mountain by train.
