Don’t worry, you and I and all other White Folks will be paying for it.
After all it’s “White Folks” greed that leaves the world in need.
Everyone seems to be missing the point here. That is such a powerful verse from the Torah. To make it apply to one group helping only members of that group is a misuse of the Bible—in fact, a contradiction of what it means.
