"Thuggery" in high office is not justified because it is directed against sodomites.Putin is only 'mocking' US with his pretend outlawing of sodomy. Putin knows from whence our blessings come. I think there is plenty of 'thuggery' going on in many 'high' places, but it most certainly is not directed at the sodomites.
