I actually started feeling sorry for Peyton during the 3rd quarter - glad he got at least 1 TD. He’s a class act. Richard Sherman was praising him during an interview. Mentioned that Peyton came over to him after the came and asked how he was doing (Sherman got injured during the game and came out on crutches and a boot (high ankle sprain). Sherman said Peyton didn’t have to do that, how much he appreciated it and it just showed the class Manning has.

Thanks! We’re all very excited!

Wrt the economy, my sister and I were just talking last night that we’d like to have a fraction of the $$s all the sports stores are doing in Seahawk items - - probably more than they make in 6 months total. Lines everywhere and things are flying off the shelves! A lot was sold after the NFC win, too. I suspect a lot of people will stay downtown and have lunch after the parade, so that will help some of the restaurants (large and small).

Peyton shirts were selling big in Indiana last week. He’s had and is doing so much for his charities in Indiana we still feel his presence here. We have been fortunate to have some very good men play for the Colts. They are very community oriented and the community responds well to that

Luck will become better with experience BUT as the game showed Sunday it must be a cohesive team effort. Something you certainly demonstrated

Enjoy!

I know! They showed a close-up of him at one point, and, honestly, the guy looked shell-shocked. I almost felt sorry for him -- almost. Been watching this team all season and they played the same game they have been playing all season. I had to ask myself, "what team did Denver prepare for? Because it certainly wasn't the Seahawks".
