Though former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush (R) is often hailed by the Republican establishment as the best candidate to take on Hillary Clinton in a potential 2016 general election contest for president, Clinton clobbers Bush by 20 percentage points in a hypothetical matchup.
According to a CNN/ORC poll released Monday, Clinton leads Bush 57% to 37%. Bush does worse against Clinton than do Republican New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R), Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee (R), and Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI)...

The women and those on the government teat outnumber us. It’s that simple.
Polls before Labor Day 2016 are MEANINGLESS. Ask President Dukakis, or read the histories of Jimmy Carter’s second term.
This is ESPECIALLY true for conservative candidates. Most voters are under water in a sea of progressivist nonsense. They only know what they are supposed to think by listening to Leonardo deCaprio or Kanye West.
The purpose of an election campaign is to change people’s minds from what they are SUPPOSED to think, to get them to vote for what they REALLY DO think.
Polls don’t account for this, and, as such, are meaningless. I wish people would stop posting articles like this.

If it came to Mrs. Bill vs. Jeb Bush, I don’t think I would even notice which face of that construction wins.
Republicans know who they want. That’s Jeb Bush who is next in line. Conservatives have not sorted their preference out yet, which is too bad.None have been running and putting out markers for two election cycles already. Reagan won by following the golden road to Nomination. He supported all the right people and fund raised for two cycles. He did not jump in in the last 14 months and think he was going to win it. He “failed” in 1976 but just used that to build his base for 1980.
biden would clobber clabber head.
Jeb Bush has excellent odds for winning what he wants to win, the Nomination. As with previous Republican Nominees, I doubt he actually wants to be President, though. GW seems to be the exception to that apparent rule. I don’t think he actually cared whether he won or not. He didn’t actively throw the election.
You DO NOT know my wife... she absolutely hates clinton and her rapist room mate.
Amenning would be a better construction.
A Walker/Pence ticket might make things somewhat interesting for a while, anyway, until the DNC-owned “media” sink one or both of them with a contrived scandal.

Also Bill Kristol tells her :"I am not an GOP establishment type, I am a Tea party Republican'
It sounds as though the freebie-loving, low information types are going to do whatever it takes to keep a moron in the White House in 2016.
“At this point in time, the nomination and the presidentcy is Hillary’s for the asking. That said, I still do not think she will run.”
And that is the only possibility that Hillary isn’t inaugurated in January 2017. If she’s on the field, she’ll win big. And the most frustrating part is going to be the prominent, erstwhile conservative women who pull the lever for her in 2016 because.. gosh ... they want to be part of “history.”
“You DO NOT know my wife... she absolutely hates clinton and her rapist room mate.”
Nooo, I do NOT know your wife, certainly not in the biblical sense! Just, making a funny ha ha, don’t shoot! :)
Anyway, the question at hand is; do you REALLY know your wife - in the political sense that is? After all, voting is still by secret ballot, more or less. Personally, I think the gals are gonna lie about this. Just saying... :)
Pundits on the left keep pounding the drum that Jeb is the GOP’s best hope; is head and shoulders above the rest of the field.
That means they desperately want him to be the GOP’s candidate.
It will be interesting to see if he gets it. I’ve never the end of a major political party before.
This whole Clinton surge has me worried man. America the stupid.
The burnout of people looking for something new.
Instead it would instead make it a referendum on who was the better president Bill Clinton or George W Bush, and Bush will lose that contest every time.
This sort of reminds me of the lead up to 2012 when I said Romney was the worst possible potential candidate because him being the candidate would completely neutralize our greatest asset, Obamacare.
lol
I don’t care the Republicans run Mickey Mouse, Joe Biden will Never, Ever, be president.
Yes, after 30 years of marriage... no doubt. She calls me on her cell just to make certain that she votes the right way. I don’t have one of these “yuppie” wives.
