Your fact: #1 you don't like the proposed regs because they will lead to job losses. That is true. Your "fact" #2 is that they won't stop there. Possible although politically stupid. But those are just facts or alleged facts and not proposed actions.
My preference is to fight the regulations, first through comments, and then reevaluate if they keep them.
Good way to audited. We are in quite a mess. I am not going to claim to be smart enough to lead a revolution. But, I am waiting for whoever is to get on with it already!
