In contrast I watched Downton Abbey and nothing before that. I was aware of the score sometime during the 1st quarter and at the half and even posted a comment on the live thread here on FR but hadn’t watched any of it up to that point. When Downton was over I switched to the game and watched the final minute or so left in regulation as the clock was run out. I then watched a small bit of the post game and called it a night. If it had been a closer game I might have been tempted to watch but my interest level these days in spectator sports is low and it once used to be quite high. I may watch some of the Olympics next week but I could easily miss the entire 2 weeks of coverage and not feel I missed anything. We shall see.

I stuck with it because I was enjoying watching the Seahawks' defense.

Their performance yesterday was a virtual clinic on tackling, pass rushing and pass coverage.

It was the most complete defensive performance I have seen from an NFL team in about 20 years. Those guys know how to tackle someone.
