First off, PLEASE make you calls and send your e-mails! We're winning the amnesty issue, BIG TIME! Make DC listen!! Karl Rove's American Crossroad's donations were down OVER 90%! That spells DOOM for the GOP-e and GLORY for our completely independent, citizen army of "TEA Party" American Patriots!!
Now, y'all have another good reason to see why Jim is fiercely intent upon Keep Free Republic totally independent and free from the likes of advertisers, corporate sponsors, sugar daddies or political parties.

I know money is tight. I know the Marxist's economy sux, and I think it's getting worse, not better. DrO and I live on a fixed income, so we have to make every dollar count. Leg cramps can be caused by dehydration. Try drinking a glass of water at bedtime. Even if you have to get up in the night to go, it will prevent the leg cramps.

I had the same thing happen twice. Once it expired and the other I had to change the card number.
The only remedy is YELLOW MUSTARD!
I’m not kidding either.
I had imbibed at least 32 oz of hot water right before I went to sleep and still awoke with severe leg cramps.
Once I ate that yellow mustard, (a HUGE Tablespoon full plus) within 5 minutes, I was A-OKay!
