The reason is the feminist movement which brought hordes of women into the workplace alongside of men, turning the workplace into a femme-fest and which spawned new protections for women under federal employment law.
The new power of the federally protected emotional/compassionate sex, combined with a feminized male worker opened the door to acceptance of demands for protection of the new females: the effeminate men who adopted the label “homosexual.” After all, homosexual guys are really just women with penises. Workplaces throughout the world went through this transition beginning in the 1960s.

Today’s “pro-choice” movement is the culmination of these centuries of planning and effort on the part of NWO. NWO’s strategy is to convince a population that sex is to be viewed simply as a bodily function, dissociating it from procreation and marriage.
