It's fruitless conversation to even be discussing impeachment. Even if it could be done with the Senate...not enough time before he's out anyway and they could very easily stall the whole thing,and would!...so it stops nothing.

The real question IS who has power and using it to their advantage, and who is not using theirs?

Congress only convicts the innocent. I have abhorred the evil and the stupid party since Tom Delay was slandered by the whoreish left wing and mousey gutless right wing. I expect that Obama could nuke the red states and no one in Congress would do anything. And the evil one will have drones in America soon enough to kill his enemies. Only fools do not know this, the same who thought obamanation might be a good president.
