So what was the jist of the 41 counts of defamation? It certainly would paint a clearer picture.

They were reactions to the plaintiff's political activities using the now-repealed thought crimes legislation in Canada. They were comments comparable to what would be found in a political forum anywhere on the net. But if I post any of the actual words, even for the purpose of discussing the case, I will go to prison.

At first blush, he's a slimy trial lawyer making his living shutting down free speech on specious CHRC pretense. Over half of the cases have featured this Warman fellow as the plaintiff.
