People are being tutored in how to get disability payments and mental claims are the easiest to fake.

Most of them are "disabled" voluntarily because of their past or current drug use. A lot of that group are frauds and just lazy and playing the system, but a goodly number are really mentally damaged.
Either way, it is demonic what is going on and WE are paying for it.
