I doubt that’s the reason she’s not there. I think that on certain issues she is going rogue. She’s good friends with Scalia, they go shooting together, how’s that for an enigma. I think he’s working on her to persuade her to be more right thinking on the law. At least I hope so. She just recently issued the stay in the Little Sisters of the Poor case. That must have ticked off the Obama Admin bigtime.

That is interesting because some judges that were placed by Republican’s came out liberals. Who knows with Sotomayor, perhaps. We shall wait and see what happens.
