The upper 1% as a matter of policy gives money almost equally to both teams in order to maintain some semblance of power. They are not willing to put all their influence in one basket.
Look into how Goldman Sachs contributes to campaigns. They are the king of the 1%.
I am sure George Soros, Peter Lewis andall of the magnates in Silocon Valley, Ho9llywood and Wall street will be surprised to hear that. Actually Goldman gave more to the Dem’s.
