Re your post 18, I did not see that before I posted something similar (post 38). But I see you did a better job of refining the analysis.
I don’t know that I did a particularly better job. I just added a couple of extra qualifiers to the mix.
We know that the “50% of the murders” rate is accurate from FBI crime stats. Whether they’re being committed by 3%, 4%, or 6% of the total population, that ratio is horrendous.
