Three Republican Governors have declared states-of-emergency over this:

Bobby Jindal (R-Louisiana)

John Kasich (R-Ohio)

Bill Haslam (R-Tennessee)

I don't know if this is just politics or what, but all three have declared a state of emergency over the propane situation...
