What we heard was an extremist who thinks he's a moderate; a crowing, intolerant, chest-thumping, insular bigot who thinks that political dissent is grounds for physical expulsion. This is going to be an extraordinarily ugly political year, and people like Cuomo would be humbled if they were capable of the virtue of humility. What a pity for the country that they are not.
