However, it also appears such restraining orders are routine and even sometimes automatic in TX, which puts a real crimp in their evidentiary value.

True, restraining orders are commonplace. Restraining orders with that degree of specificity, not so much.
Keep in mind that when she attended Harvard, she not only left lawyer-hubby with both the daughter they shared and also with her daughter from the trailer park marriage. The daughters stayed with him after the marriage broke up.
