“Or as in my case, I got the kids to shut me up.” Please, explain.

The mother committing adultery does not enter into the equation in Texas. The courts simply wants to know where the kids will be better off. With that said, the court typically assumes the kids will be better off with the mother. In this case, I have a feeling she simply didn’t want them.

No dirty laundry from me out in public, however, I can relate to being given the children without contest, having information that could strain future relationships and reputations had the contest continued through the courts and became public..

I am suggesting that Ms Davis relinquished her custody battle to prevent the adultery accusation to come to fruition through the discovery process, in the court case, thus at least destroying any possible future political aspirations..

The other possibility is that she just didn’t want the kids, no matter how it looked, but that is a much better explanation for her uber-abortion stance..
