From the article:
He did not give non-US citizens any right of redress in US courts, however. He also made no reference to the NSA's most controversial exploits.
He said nothing on its introduction of bugs into commercial encryption software, on burglarising undersea cables, on hacking internet and phone companies, or bugging EU officials.
So, in other words, NOTHING HAS CHANGED. Just another narcissistic photo op.

If the EU leaders are at least mouth breathing they should know not to believe one word out of little barry bastard boy’s mouth. He is completely and utterly without honesty. He is a degenerate, lying, drug-addled fascist.

Clown Prince nobama’s “promises” are merely his spewing more lies. Liars lie...that’s what they do.

Ask Angela Merkel what she thinks about Bam and his promises. I heard she personally called him on the phone and cussed him out for bugging her cellphone. Exactly what I would have done.
Its like we have regressed back to high school only its our country. I’m waiting for him to put plastic wrap on Amgela’s toilet seat.
We have met our leader and he is Urkel. :-)

Ive made clear to the intelligence community that unless there is a compelling national security purpose, we will not monitor the communications of heads of state and government of our close friends and allies, he said. So in other words, he's not promising not to spy. He's just saying he'll find a national security purpose, and whether that purpose is real or not will only be known to him. In other words, business as usual.

And the EU leaders are satisfied with Zero’s promise?
If so, they SHOULD be spied on for being stupid.

Our “allies” overseas use his words as a gauge for their own actions, especially whether or not to become more hawkish themselves. So yeah; they care, for now.

I don’t think that when he spoke with Medvedev, he was lying. Remember that?
