What law? Laws are arbitrary unless The Won has used his pen or the telephone to decree them.

The only violation of "law" is when Obama or Holder says there is.

Yes.

I deal with PII everyday and if I forget to label or encrypt correspondence with such info in it, I will be beat about the head and shoulders, be counseled, and be warned that continued problems can be grounds for dismissal. The Federal government takes such issues very seriously dontyaknow....

EPA is not accountable under any law. Just like the rest of the government agencies.
