I commented on an earlier thread about this subject, but I think the producer whine steen will wish he were dead after the low turnout for this movie being a crappy way to lose a bunch of dollars.

I worked in B2B services to the business side of the entertainment industry for years, and as such, knew about his depth as a businessman in a tough industry. He has provided employment for many (not me, directly or indirectly). By no means are his movies all trash. I think this theme he's going to try out now is possibly a result of burnout. I think Hollywood in general is a bunch of burned out people with spiritual problems. But I have to respect his strength as a producer, one of the top ones in Hollywood in film and TV over the past half-century. You might as well start speculating that Meryl Streep is gay because she is associated with a film whose theme you don't like. What is the point of name-calling untruthfully?
