People in TX think this will be good, but will the trains have to stop for hours at the border? Is Cornball signed up for it?

So, Rep Cuellar (D-Mexico) gets to decide that this Fast and Furious *Bullet* train is a go, or not? Oh, okay.
The article says nothing about who's proposing it, who's proposed to fund it, whether or not Texas wants it, etc.

When I found that photo there were others where you could not see the train for the people on it.

A new way - FASTER - to get the following into the US: illegals, terrorists, drugs, WMDs, and other digusting things. Leaving for Mexico: jobs.

One lawmaker says it would revolutionize trade and travel illegal immigration between the U.S. and Mexico... Fixed it.
