To think it could have been $1.10009090909 Trillion had it not been for the indefatigable leadership of John Boehner...
Just in time to let the Dems use it for an election...
Great news! Now we get to read it to see what’s in it.
Then we call Congress and let them know what’s in it, they fer shur didn’t know.
I don’t suppose any of that money will go toward the adult daycare services my husband is currently being refused by TriCare and Medicare, because disabled vets don’t qualify for it like welfare queens do.
Boy, howdy! Am I ever glad that John Boehner is House Speaker and NOT Nancy Pelosi!
pre-emptive surrender
again and again
over and over
I don’t know if it related to adult day care but I heard there was $60M for breastfeeding peer counselors...
I am so sorry to hear that. Disgusted that our veterans are not taken care of too. Something should be done to make this right.
Thank your vet his service for me.
No joke! He out “French’s” the French!
God, I pray that he loses in this coming Primary! He’s got to GO!!
The House of Representatives John Boehner on Wednesday passed a $1.1 trillion spending bill.
Corrected title for realism.
This is why being an ideological purist is relevant.
We need to elect less liberal purists in the GOPe and more conservatives
Hey that’s not fair. Why everyone had over a day and a half to read the mere 1582 page bill!
Something weird was going on with this bill.
Ended up passing with only 3 Dems and 64 Rs voting against it.

Who are the lonely 67? I suspect they are mostly conservative Republicans with almost no Democrats. Boehner got all or almost all of the Rats and a great majority of the GOP Reps. We will have to dig in there to find any hope.
we’ve been spending at a rate of approx. $3.8 trillion annually for the last 5 years... or about $1.27 trillion every 4 months.
and this $1.1 trillion spending package is supposed to last 8 months? that’s more then a 50% cut in the spending rate. how are they doing that?
you’ll excuse me if I don’t believe them. I fully expect them to stop reporting the spending once they hit the new ceiling, just like they did last year
bwahahahaha! chit! hahahaha!
My rep voted NAY.
Well I’m not telling him about that!
lol
Thanks. I told him, and it cheered him up. I’m still not telling him about post #7. He’s too old. He’d get hurt.
