one of these might help get a firmer grip. (I haven't tried one.) Sometimes, just getting one more finger in there helps. Have you tried different ammo? Or are you just getting failure to eject/failure to feed problems?

Failure to eject/feed issues. I might try something like that but am considering g getting a pocket .40. Instead
