LOL. And why don't they have more time? Congress knew this deadline was coming months ago. Again, it is the old ruse used by Dems and Reps alike to create these phony deadlines and sense of urgency to prevent people from looking at the bill. It is the old Pelosi story, you must pass the bill before you can find out what is in it.
