How does Steve have the ability to sign Miles up for anything? He is 41 and wants to return to college to get a new career, so he has been on a two year fellowship. These are the Americans who exhibit exceptionalism that the rest of the world hates. And they are whiners. They better get signed up for the Titanic cruise, because the rest have to do so.

Yeah, there’s that as well as whoever heard of serious people holding back on a career move, or even starting one, based on health insurance?
