“How do you detect an arrhythmia AFTER death?”

Take a wild ass guess!!!

Unless she was wearing a heart moniotor, no way.

If she was the diagnosis should have been immediatly.

You would be correct from my unfortunate experience. They guessed with my relative that it was arrhythmia which caused a stroke. Or the stroke and it’s location caused the arrhythmia. They didn’t really know.

If I had been her family, and knowing the problem with the BC that she certified, I would have had a private autopsy done or had a privately paid medical examiner in the room?

The original story quoted her government colleague as saying that everything was normal with her and he was holding her hand as they treaded water and next thing he knew, she was dead. I would think any heart distress would cause a little more commotion from the victim involved.
